• How do I add my own music to the game?

  Simply place your .ogg format music files in the Music directory of the game. Pressing F4 will allow you to randomly select a track to play during battle.

• What is the recommended age for playing?

  We recommend Cellblock Squadrons for ages 12 and over.

• Does the game have multiplayer?

  No, Cellblock Squadrons is a singleplayer game only.

• The game runs slowly. How do I make it run better?

  The first thing to do is lower the resolution of the game. Next, choosing a lower texture filter and disabling bump mapping can help. Lowering the 'level of detail' slider will beneficially affect game performance as well. Lastly, it's important to make sure anti-aliasing is disabled in your 3D card settings.

• I hear crackles and pops during battle. How do I fix this?

  Cellblock Squadrons is a very sound intensive game. Changing the sound driver (from the sound menu), exiting the game and returning again should fix the problem. If you still experience problems, please post your information to our website forum.

• I want to create a mod for the game. Can this be done?

  Due to Cellblock Squadrons being created mod-maker unfriendly, no. However, we encourage discussions on the matter and may provide support for modifications, if enough of a desire exists.

• I have found a bug. Where do I submit it to?

  Before submitting a bug, please download the latest patch, and update your video and audio drivers. Updating drivers is an important step to ensuring Cellblock Squadrons displays correctly, and sounds as it should. Both graphics card and audio drivers can be found on the manufacturers website. Once these steps have been completed, please post all bugs to our technical forum.

• Will you fix the technical problem I have?

  We will certainly try! We want Cellblock Squadrons to run perfectly on as many systems as we can.
